1. Who we are

2. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data only when you send it to us through the contact form or the project configurator:

• your name and email address;
• your company or organization, if you provide it;
• the message and project details you write, and the area of interest or configuration you select.

Our web server and hosting provider may also process technical data such as IP address and request details in ordinary server logs, for security and to keep the site running.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To reply to your inquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• To keep the website secure and working (for example rate-limiting requests). Basis: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails or newsletters.

4. Who receives it

Messages sent through our forms are delivered to us by an email delivery service (Resend) and received in our email mailbox. The website is hosted by SmarterASP.NET. These providers process data on our behalf. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where that happens we rely on the safeguards required by GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or we enter into a contract with you.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a language preference (preferred_lang) locally on your device so the site remembers your choice; it is not sent to us. A session cookie is used only by site administrators to sign in to the admin area.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email us at info@harosoltech.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
